• Procedures are easily defined in terms of menu options, and enforced,
• As the Layout and Content of transmittal documents and reports is user definable, existing needs and procedures are met with little effort,
• As TDOC itself is internally auditable, there is no possibility of an audit failure on records matching actions.

Compared to other types of systems:

• As TDOC actually generates transmittal documents from information contained in the database, no checking is required when compared to EDM Systems.
• Information and Documents can be uploaded to and downloaded from Internet Portals by all the participating parties. Therefore you cannot perform your own "Incoming Inspection" process on the contents. Any documents uploaded to or downloaded from an Internet portal must be checked and records kept in the ordinary way in any event!
