All of the the revisions of the document are shown at the top. Therevision to be coordinated is selected. The existing comments and status made on the selected revision are shown on the lower right hand side, whilst those on the previous revision (if any) are shown on the lower left hand side.
The status and comment on the selected revision can be made. It is often necessary to check that all the comments on the previous revision have been cleared on the current revision.
