Enquiries are designed to answer "quick questions" such as "what's the situation with ABC's drawing no 123 ?"
There are four technical document enquiry drill downs:
- Others Documents - JobNo, Maker, Document No, Revision, and Movements
- Others Issues - JobNo, Recipient, Maker & Document No, Revision, and Issues
- Own Documents - JobNo, Document No, Revision, and Movements
- Own Issues - JobNo, Recipient, Document No, Revision, and Issues
The enquiries are configured as standard "Tree Views", thus are searchable, e.g, whilst highlighting one document, simply typing in the number of a document will find the required document.
A detailed Report of the selected document can be generated, and despatched from the enquiry screen.
