TDOC Manual - Current TDOC version 5.12.03 - released 5th June 2020

• Except where indicated the manual relates to the Document Control module.
• Screen shots in many cases have been reduced in size.
  • Clicking them will show them full size in a new window.
  • If they are greater in height or width than your screen, then this may be in a new tab as opposed to a smaller floating window.
  • Selecting the manual again will automatically close the full size screen shot.

The manual is tested with the following browsers:

  • There is a known problem with Version 6 in that some reduced size screen shots are not loaded.
  • When screen shots are clicked to show full size screen shots, the window that is launched is often incorrectly sized. Just keep clicking the screen shot till the full size version shows properly.

The TDOC Version Numbering is as follows:

• The first level, viz 5, denotes the level of language used.
• The next level, e.g. 04, denotes the level of the database structure.
• The last level, e.g. 01, relates to the software release on that database structure
